Ayurvedic Medicine Retreats
Health Reset
An intensive, personalised programme of detox and regeneration, from 3 to 21 days, to give body and mind back the fertile ground of health. In the Ayurvedic tradition it is called Panchakarma.
When the body needs more than rest
Days with different conditions for body and mind: fewer stimuli, therapeutic food, personalised treatments, rest, close support and time to begin a deeper process of reorganisation.
Ayurvedic Medicine looks at the person as a whole: sleep, digestion, metabolism, nervous system, inflammation, energy and emotions. You do not need to know any technical concepts to take part.
The method, in simple words
In the Ayurvedic tradition it is called Panchakarma: a process of cleansing and regeneration that combines oleation, purges, massage, heat, sweating, drainage, therapeutic food and rest, always adapted to each person.
Panchakarma means «five actions»: Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana. They are chosen at the assessment and combined in a specific sequence. Not all five actions are carried out for every person.
Every person is unique. So is your retreat.
Do you recognise yourself in any of these?
Each Reset starts from how you feel. Choose the one you identify with most: it is the starting point for the assessment, which we confirm with you before the retreat.
Nervous System Reset
Does your mind never switch off? Stress, unrefreshing sleep and a racing mind.
Metabolic Reset
Does your body always feel low on energy? Digestion, energy and metabolic balance.
Inflammation & Pain Reset
Is pain shaping your days? Joint or muscle aches and stiffness.
Women's Balance Reset
Do you feel your body has changed? Menopause, sleep, energy and times of transition.
Longevity & Vitality Reset
How do you want to live the years ahead? Vitality, mental clarity and healthy ageing.
Executive Burnout Reset
You switch off from work. Does your mind? Mental overload, focus and persistent tiredness.
A personalised programme
Ayurvedic Medicine has hundreds of techniques and treatments. Yours are chosen for you, based on your goal and your health.
The time your body needs
The length is recommended at the assessment, according to your condition and your goals.
Every length includes the complete Panchakarma process. What changes is the time the body has to cleanse and regenerate. What has built up over years does not undo itself in a few days: Panchakarma opens the way, and the body goes on, for weeks, releasing what it no longer needs.
Some physical and emotional situations therefore call for a longer, continuous retreat. It is easier to do it with support, away from everyday stress, emotional challenges and eating habits, with time for the body to reorganise at its own pace.
More sessions
Of the same techniques, to deepen what the body has already begun to release.
New techniques
Added as the body responds, decided day by day by the therapist.
From cleansing to rejuvenation
Depending on the depth of what each person brings, there is time to go beyond cleansing.
In every programme, the transformation continues at home. For 3 weeks we follow your process closely and explain each change as it comes, while you continue the herbal remedies, the food and your personalised ThetaHealing meditation.
Rasayana
rasa (essence) + ayana (path)When the body is in balance, the retreat also includes Rasayana, the Ayurvedic art of rejuvenation, for those who come mainly to cleanse and renew their vitality.

Before you decide
Do I need to know about Ayurveda to take part?
No. Concepts such as doshas or Ama are explained simply during the follow-up.
Can I come without knowing anyone?
Yes. Groups are small, at most 4 guests with 2 therapists, and you can choose a shared room or single occupancy.
Can I bring a companion?
No. During the retreat the body goes through an intense detox process and releases toxins. The house is therefore reserved for those doing the programme, in a protected environment dedicated to their process.
I take medication. Can I do the retreat?
Your medication is reviewed at the assessment, together with your test results. Conventional medical care should be maintained whenever necessary.
I have dietary restrictions.
Tell us at the assessment. Meals are adapted to specific needs.
What if I feel unwell during the process?
Some reactions are part of the cleanse. There is an assessment every day, and treatments are adjusted to how your body responds. Share everything you feel with us.
Can I use my phone or work during the retreat?
We recommend minimal use of phones, tablets and computers. Screens, notifications and work keep the nervous system on alert and stimulate the release of cortisol, the stress hormone, which is precisely what the retreat aims to calm. The more body and mind can switch off, the deeper the rest and the better the response to the process.
Where is the retreat and how do I get there?
Each edition takes place in a different house, shown under upcoming dates. Travel is not included.
Can I change the date after booking?
Yes. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be moved to another date within 12 months.
What if you cancel the retreat?
You choose between moving to a later date or a refund.
What to bring
- Loose bathrobe and slippers
- Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
- Leggings and fitted t-shirts that can get stained
- Dark underwear, about 2 changes a day

- 4 glass containers with lids (2 to 3 L) and 4 jars of 250 ml
