Before we care, we listen.
The Ayurvedic Medicine consultation is your individual assessment. We get to know your story, review your tests and agree the way forward with you. It is also where we see whether the retreat is right for you.
Three steps to your consultation
- 1 Day and time
Booking the consultation
Book your consultation and confirm it with payment. The fee covers the whole process, from pre-consultation to consultation.
- 2 By WhatsApp
Pre-consultation
We send you the pre-consultation form by WhatsApp, to fill in at your own pace:
- assessment of your doshas
- description of your current state of health
Through the same channel, you share your tests, results, medication and supplements. Send everything before the day of the consultation, so we have time to study your case carefully.
- 3 Included
Consultation
On the day, preferably in person in Alfragide, near Lisbon. If distance does not allow, the consultation can be held online. In it we agree with you:
- Ayurvedic diagnosis and goals
- herbal remedies, teas and Ayurvedic supplements
- food guidance for your situation
«Before any treatment, we want to know your story. This conversation is where everything begins.»
Start with a free 15-minute call.
By phone or WhatsApp. Tell us what you are looking for and we will help you see whether the consultation, or a retreat, makes sense for you. No commitment.
What to have to hand
The more we know about you, the more precise the consultation. Photos or PDFs sent by WhatsApp are enough.
Test results
The most recent you have.
Scans and reports
Reports and tests related to what you feel.
Medication
Name and dose of everything you take.
Supplements
Vitamins, teas or other supplements.
Do I have to do a retreat afterwards?
No. The consultation stands on its own: you leave with the diagnosis, the prescription and food guidance for your situation. If it makes sense, we talk to you about the most suitable retreat.
What if I have a contraindication?
That is what the assessment is for. If your body is not yet ready for Panchakarma, we tell you and find the right path for now with you.
Is my health data protected?
Yes. The information you share is used only for your assessment and follow-up, and treated confidentially.
